My product melted while in shipping! What do I do now?Due to the ingredients in the butters, they have a very low melting point. If your order is shipped during the warmer months, it may melt in transit. All measures will be taken to prevent this from happening, including shipping with ice packs, and not shipping over the weekend. But that may not prevent melting. If your product does melt, it can be refridgerated to harden back up. Although it will work the same, it will not retain its original whipped texture. The product may also seem as though it is not full if it re-hardens. This is because whipping the product created tiny air bubbles which makes the product fluffy. Melting releases these air bubbles so the product may now seem as it is reduced by almost half. The product is just condensed and the scent may actually become more prominate since the product is more concentrated. This product is best stored at room temperature in a cool, dry, place.
